1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Tip Toeing In My Jordans (the "Service", at tiptoeinginmyjordans.net), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

  • You can sign in with Google or with a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email and Google account secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Service.

3. Photos and Likeness

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • the photo shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness in this way;
  • you will not upload photos of minors without their parent or guardian's consent;
  • you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
  • the resulting video will not be used to create or spread content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory, or that is intended to deceive — for example, passing the video off as real footage of a real person.

You are responsible for how you share the videos you create. We may refuse a generation, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

4. Credits and Payment

  • The Service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
  • What a video costs. Every video costs 100 credits, whichever people you replace.
  • Credit packs (one-time): Single (100 credits, $9.90), Trio (300 credits, $22.90), Party (800 credits, $49.90). Pack credits never expire.
  • All your credits share one balance; the oldest credits are used first.
  • Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • Redemption codes. You can redeem a code in Settings → Credits to add its credits to your balance. These credits never expire unless the code states an expiry date.
  • Failed generations are never charged: if a generation errors, is rejected by the AI provider, or times out, its 100 credits return to your balance automatically. A video that completes but that you don't like is not a failure.

5. Acceptable Use

In addition to Section 3, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • create sexual content, or any content sexualizing a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor — absolutely and without exception;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any party;
  • create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, promotes violence or self-harm, or constitutes harassment, hate, or fraud;
  • probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers, or circumvent safety filters or limits.

6. Your Content and Generated Videos

  • Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service — sending them to our AI provider to generate your videos. We do not use them to train our own models.
  • Generated videos are AI-generated. Subject to these Terms and to third-party rights (including the rights in the music and of the people depicted), we grant you a license to use your videos for personal and commercial purposes.
  • AI models can produce similar outputs for different users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, and you are responsible for verifying that your use does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days. You can ask us to delete your videos at any time by emailing support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.net.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, or that any given model or provider remains offered.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.net. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people depicted in content. Sections 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above (October 11, 2026) reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
