Pricing FAQ

Need help with an upload or order? Please contact support.

1

How do credits work?

Every video costs 100 credits, whatever its length or quality. The Generate button shows the cost before you start.

2

Which pack should I pick?

Single covers one video. Trio covers three and Party covers eight, at a lower price per video. Every pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.

3

Do credits expire?

No. Credits from every pack stay in your account until you use them.

4

Can I buy another pack later?

Yes. Buy any pack whenever you run low, and its credits add to your balance.

5

What happens to my credits if a render fails?

They go back to your balance automatically, including when a video model refuses an input.

6

Can I get a refund?

Credits already used for completed videos aren't refundable. For any other billing issue, email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.net and we'll review your request.

7

Can I use my videos commercially?

Yes. Every pack includes commercial use, and we don't claim ownership of the videos you generate. You need the rights to the photos you upload.
