Refund Policy | Tip Toeing In My Jordans

1. The Short Version

Failed generations are never charged. Credit packs are non-refundable, and all purchases are final.

2. Credit Packs

Tip Toeing In My Jordans sells one-time credit packs through Stripe; there are no subscriptions. Every video costs 100 credits, and pack credits never expire.

Single — 100 credits (≈ 1 video), $9.90
Trio — 300 credits (≈ 3 videos), $22.90
Party — 800 credits (≈ 8 videos), $49.90

If a generation fails — an error, a rejection by the AI provider, or a timeout — you are not charged, and its 100 credits are returned to your balance automatically. No request needed. A video that completes successfully but that you don't like is not a failed generation.

4. Refunds on One-Time Purchases

Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used.

5. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Charged twice or charged the wrong amount? Email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.net within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing charges for credits you used) may lead to account suspension.

7. How to Request a Refund

Use the contact form, or email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.net, including the order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
